Divemaster Internship Position available:
Take a
SCUBA diving internship as a dive shop employee at Subway
Watersports, on the Caribbean island of Roatan in the Bay Islands of Honduras, while training
towards a professional PADI Divemaster & Instructor rating.
Learn how to run a small business operation focusing on adventure and diving in
a resort atmosphere. Extra focus is on learning about all of the local marine
life, as well as understanding the necessity of conservation and environmental
education on this rustic Caribbean island. Train to be an excellent SCUBA diver, Divemaster
and Instructor in a fun atmosphere.
Diving Internship Places Available:
To
maintain a high quality training we limit the amount of interns to:
4 interns at Turquoise
Bay Resort
3 interns at
Palmetto Bay Plantation
3 interns at
Barefoot Cay
You will
be assigned to one of the dive shops when you get to Roatan. All interns will be
living in the same house.
Because
Accommodation is limited we try to avoid
overlaps. Therefore the
internship starts every two weeks, on the 1st and 15th of any month.

specific months and to learn about the current and future Interns.

PADI system with no additional time or expense.

Accommodation is included in the Divemaster internship and Instructor programs. You will stay in a five
bedroom apartment, shared with other interns. Lunch is
provided by Subway Watersports. Food for breakfast and dinner can be bought at
large nearby supermarket and cooked at the kitchen in the apartment. There are
